Phase One - Pre-Assessment

15 minutes - Free
Reach out to me and I'll send you intake forms/phone call to complete where you can share about the struggles you’re currently experiencing, as well as your goals. We'll also determine if we're a good fit.

Phase Two - Initial Session

50 minutes - $140 cash or varies with insurance

We'll meet at my virtual office where your needs will be assessed, treatment recommendations will be provided, and I’ll answer any questions you might have.

 

Phase Three - Treatment Planning

50 minutes - $140 cash or varies with insurance

We’ll dig in to what’s holding you back, develop a clear plan to move you forward, and you’ll walk away with immediate action steps aimed at helping you feel better right away.

 

Phase Four - Therapy

50 minute sessions - $140 cash or varies with insurance

Based on your needs, we’ll meet weekly or biweekly. You’ll learn strategies to improve your mood, relationships, performance, and health.

 

Treatment Plan Reviews

Periodically, we’ll review your treatment plan during session and assess where you’re at in meeting your goals. We’ll tweak things as needed to further improve your mood, performance, and overall well-being.
